Does different Types of Tea come from different plant?

All Tea (Black, Green, Yellow, Oolong, White and Pu er Tea) Come from the same plant, the Camellia Sinensis.  


I understand Tea is really healthy for you, What exactly are the health benefits of Tea?

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after the order is received.

What shipping method do you use?
Our preferred method of Shipping is with FedEX

How long will it take to receive my order?
For deliveries inside of Canada., shipping should take about 3-7 days.  Shipments elsewhere can take up to two weeks.

How do I know if my order has been shipped or not?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your package is shipped.

What is your return policy?
Due to health laws and regulations, we are not allowed to reuse or resell returned tea, so unfortunately all loose leaf tea orders are nonrefundable. Teaware must be returned in its original condition in order to qualify for a refund.


Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order any time before the item is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting payments from Paypal and most major credit cards.

What is the shelf-life of your teas?
The shelf life of most loose leaf teas is about 2 years, however most tea can be allowed to age for many years under the correct conditions.

How should I store my tea?
It is best to store your tea in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Try not to expose your tea to direct light, and keep it away from strong odors. We recommend using a tea tin and storing it away from your kitchen stove. Also, don't feel like you need to save your good tea for a special occasion - tea is best drunk fresh!

How many cups of tea can I make with 50 grams?
Fifty grams of premium loose leaf tea can make anywhere from 25 to 50 cups, assuming you steep your tea, depending on the tea.
